You can plug a USB keyboard into the xbox for typing in minecraft but not for gameplay. You would need a special adapter like one of the XIM adapters to use a keyboard and mouse for gameplay. I have the XIM Edge for that I use for FPS (mostly BF4) games and I love it. I haven't tried it on MC so I don't know how the gameplay would be.

No online/lan multiplayer of any sort at the moment. The only way is for splitscreen multiplayer which doesn't work for some games. Crackdown runs awfully currently so even if it did work, it’ll be a long time till crackdown is playable above 10fps. No, read the god damn FAQ. Christ.
